The WA-001 voice recorder connects to the internet via WiFi.
The device is fully controllable by free app, including downloading recordings onto your own phone, and changing settings such as voice activation sensitivity. The only thing you have to do in person is to recharge the battery.
In voice activation mode, as soon as a noise is detected it will record for the length of time you have pre-chosen.
If there is no local WiFi access, you can retrieve the device to download the recordings on a computer
